Reminiscent of a Liam Gallagher parka circa 1995, Westlake’s Waterproof Jacket is another almost fashionable waterproof fishing jacket that is waterproof in even the harshest conditions. Not quite as suitable for all conditions as Caperlan’s Waterproof Fishing Jacket 900, but an excellent option nonetheless.
With excellent storage, storm flaps for water resistance and fully taped seams to prevent exposure to the rain you’ll stay dry and – dare I say it – maintain an ambient temperature thanks to its breathable nature. Its adjustable hood complete with a built-in peak is an excellent addition for the bleaker moments on the bank and the ripstop fabric should prevent any irritating holes from brambles, bushes and tackle.
