Who owns Men Who Stare At Floats?
Men Who Stare at Floats is owned by me (Harry) and supported by a good friend – Hugo – who you’ll see in a lot of the pictures, generally holding smaller fish. He takes on most of the trip planning and I create the content.
Who are we?
We are fishing-obsessed school friends who fish as often as we can outside of normal life. In recent times that has morphed into 3 – 4 serious trips each year. Whether that’s down in Cornwall, the Irish coastline or somewhere abroad.
What do we do?
We document our fishing, film the trips to give you a taste of what they’re like and review all the products we love here so that you can buy tried and tested products.
How do we make money?
As of now we don’t. In the future we will launch affiliate partnerships with companies so that when you buy products we love we take a small (and I mean small) commission from the company. Not you of course.
On top of that we will likely launch some advertising on-site and work on some fishing specific books and products we feel plug a gap in the market.
