Of course, a three-piece tends to be slightly weaker than a two-piece, but outside of giants, you shouldn’t have a problem. It’s one of the best rod and reel combos available.
It doesn’t have the flexibility of other rods and is not exactly suitable for fishing in smaller rivers or in more confined spaces. But if you’re in the market for a rod and reel combo that focuses on casting distance and can handle some fairly serious saltwater fish, this is the best available option.
