With an 8’2″ length and a casting weight of 15-40g, this travel rod has a more than reasonable casting distance and the flexibility to target medium-sized predators and smaller fish that require a little more finesse and bite detection. It’s a really good all-around travel fishing rod and perfect for entry-level and intermediate anglers.
The components and guides are all saltwater-resistant and the 24T carbon blanks are durable and capable of handling the majority of saltwater shore fishing.
