Patagonia River Salt Wading Boots
Patagonia’s River Salt Wading Boots are a very good blend of punky style and functionality. Lightweight, waterproof, and strikingly versatile, these boots dominate any terrain thanks to the patented Vibram Megagrip soles, while adjustable lacing ensures a snug fit. Crafted from full-grain leather and 1000D nylon, they’re durable and corrosion-resistant. With built-in drainage and resole potential, these boots redefine wading excellence.
Description
Patagonia River Salt Wading Boots are – in our opinion – the best wading boots on the market. Lightweight, comfortable, waterproof and slightly punky in style, these boots are truly versatile. Wading in shin-high water, fishing in rivers, streams, hiking over cliffs or fishing the flats, these boots can do it all. The Vibram Megagrip soles are designed for wet and dry conditions and the soles are stud compatible – much like the excellent Simms Tributary Rubber Sole Wading Boots – so perfect for treacherous terrain. These Patagonia boots are some of the best fishing boots on the market.
Whilst the boots are waterproof, corrosion-resistant and ultra-durable, there are perforated drainage holes built-in for when the water slops up over your boots. The adjustable lacing system and normal fit make these wading boots a great option for almost anyone. Like with all leather boots, they do expand slightly over time, so don’t worry too much about a tight fit to begin with.

FAQs
Patagonia’s River Salt Wading Boots fit true to your normal shoe size. As with all leather boots they feel very tight to begin with and ease up over time. However if you plan on wearing some thick-ish socks with these boots, we recommend going one size up.
