HTO’s Light Game Shoulder Bag is a really excellent budget option for LRF lovers. The bag made it into the best lure fishing bags and it has a surprising number of compartments and – although everything is held together by plastic clips – the bag is surprisingly durable. The surplus of outer pockets and clips is a nice touch, but you wouldn’t be able to hang a medium-sized travel net on the bag with any real sense of security. It’s like a cheaper version of Savage Gear’s Sling Bag.
In terms of absolute quality, this bag is not quite as premium as others on the list and the price point reflects that. It does feel slightly more vulnerable to conditions and the fabric itself is 420D – 30% less resistant than the more expensive models on the list. But it’s still a really good bag for the money.
