The reel has 5+1 bearings, providing a reasonably smooth rotation more than capable of handling bass or pike.
The body and rotor are made from graphite, whilst the moderate-fast action rod is made of 24T Carbon, is equipped with lightweight guides (excellent quality at this price). All of which are specifically designed for lure fishing. When purchasing a good quality rod and reel set you are paying for convenience.
